None of us is born thinking we are ordinary. Feeling special is an essential part of the human
birthright. If you don’t think you are special, you won’t seek
to contribute your gift to the world. -Rabbi Shmuley Boteach

Good morning my Crafty Peeps ...
Since I managed to grab some stuff and space in my very trashed craft room, I was able to finish making this card for my
manager who is getting married shortly so I decided to add it to the line up at Through the Craft Room Door where a new Anything Goes Challenge starts today!
I took inspiration from this gorgeous card HERE which I found looking
Heavily layered cards are not my normal style of
card but they make such elegant cards I could not resist making one for her special day!
The card size is 5 x 7. I used my score board to add some detail around the edges, barely seen here, but in reality, it adds a nice clean finished look to the card.
Originally I had originally planned on using just all white, but I found out her colors are Tiffany blue and white, I remembered that I had these perfect little blue and white flowers that were gifted to me. The addition of the heart stick pins was actually last minute and, in my opinion, was exactly the finishing touch needed.
If the world were
merely seductive, that would be easy. If it were merely challenging, that would
be no problem. But I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve (or
save) the world and a desire to enjoy (or savor) the world. This makes it hard to
plan the day. ~E.B. White, quoted in Israel Shenker, "E.B. White: Notes
and Comment by Author," New York Times, 1969 July 11th
